Complimentary Expedited Shipping on All U.S. Orders
To ensure our customers receive their custom-built belts quickly and reliably, BeltMaster provides complimentary expedited shipping for all domestic orders within the United States.
Once production is complete and the order is dispatched, most customers within the United States receive their belt within approximately two business days, depending on location.
Since each belt is individually crafted, the shipping period begins only after order details are confirmed, production is finalized, and the package is dispatched. Delivery typically occurs within two business days post-shipment.

Duties, Taxes, and Import Fees
For orders shipped outside of the United States, BeltMaster is not responsible for any duties, taxes, brokerage fees, Value-Added Tax (VAT), or Goods and Services Tax (GST) imposed by the destination country.
These charges are determined by the customs authorities of the importing country and must be paid by the recipient before the shipment is released.
Because duty and tax regulations vary by country, we are unable to estimate these charges in advance.
Import charges may be calculated based on several factors, including:
-
Product value
-
Country of manufacture
-
Intended use of the product
-
Applicable trade agreements
-
The product’s Harmonized System (HS) code
Value-Added Tax and Goods and Services Tax
In many regions, including the European Union (EU), Singapore, Australia, New Zealand, and Canada, Value-Added Tax (VAT) or Goods and Services Tax (GST) may apply.
These taxes are typically assessed on the landed value of the shipment, which may include:
-
Cost of the goods
-
Shipping charges
-
Insurance
-
Applicable import duties
For country-specific tax rates and regulations, we recommend consulting your local customs authority or official government resources.
