We stand behind the quality of our belts and provide a lifetime warranty for the original owner against structural issues such as hardware detachment, deformation, or construction-related defects. To file a warranty claim, click here
At the same time, we understand that circumstances may change. For this reason, we offer a 30-day return window for customers who wish to return or exchange their order.
Because every belt is custom-built and configured individually, the design becomes unique to the order once production begins. The process involves detailed review, customer confirmation, and handcrafted production.
For this reason, returns and exchanges are subject to a 30% service and production fee.
We appreciate your understanding and encourage customers to communicate with us during the order review stage, when our team confirms the design by phone before production begins.
How to Request a Return

Return Process
Once your request is approved:

You may ship the belt using the label provided after submitting the return request.
After the returned item is received and inspected, 70% of the purchase price will be refunded to the original payment method.
Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing.
Size Exchanges
If you receive the belt and find that a different size is needed, we will gladly assist in producing a replacement.
Because every belt must be completely remade, size exchanges are subject to a 30% production fee based on the original price.
However, the replacement belt will still include:

How to Request an Exchange

Once approved:

The 30% production fee will be charged once the return items are delivered to us.

Return the original belt to our Returns Department using the label provided to you at the end of the customer portal

Please retain your shipping receipt and tracking number.
After the returned item is received and verified, production of the replacement belt will begin.
