Any questions, adjustments, or concerns are best discussed here, before production begins, ensuring everything feels right before moving forward.

4. Craftsmanship & Final Inspection

After confirmation, the belt enters production.

Each piece is handcrafted and inspected by our experienced belt makers, with attention given to construction, finish, and overall balance.

5. Priority Delivery

Once completed, your belt is shipped using priority delivery.

What payment methods do you accept?

To provide a seamless payment experience, we accept various payment methods, including Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and PayPal. However, please note that checks, money orders, and bank wire transfers may not be permissible for most purchases. Our goal is to ensure convenience and flexibility for our customers when completing their transactions with us!

What is your Lifetime Warranty about?

We stand behind the quality of our belts and offer a lifetime warranty to the original owner against structural issues, such as hardware detachment, or construction-related defects.

In the event of a warranty claim, repair labor and return shipping are covered. The cost of sending the belt to us is the customer’s responsibility.

Normal wear, including surface scratches, stretching, and natural leather changes from everyday use, is part of the material’s character and is not covered under warranty.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy on all items. We understand that situations can change. As each belt is custom-built and one of a kind, designs cannot be resold or reconfigured once production has begun. The process also involves detailed review, communication, and craftsmanship.

For this reason, returns are accepted with a 30% service and production fee.
If a size adjustment is requested after production has begun, an additional 30% fee will also apply due to the labor and reconstruction involved.

How long does shipping take?

Your belt is shipped with priority delivery to help ensure it reaches you promptly and safely, usually arrives within 2 Days after reaching out to you!

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide.

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

For orders shipped outside of the United States, BeltMaster.com is not responsible for any duties, taxes, VAT, GST, or brokerage fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and must be paid by the recipient before the shipment is released.

Because duty and tax regulations vary by country, we are unable to estimate these fees in advance. Import charges may be calculated based on factors such as product value, country of manufacture, intended use, trade agreements, and the product’s Harmonized System (HS) code.
