Built the Ranger Way

A western belt with backbone.

3/4″ billets stitched onto a 1⅜″ main strap — the classic ranger silhouette, reinforced for boots, holsters, and decades of wear.

Layered Cowhide Construction

Ranger Core combines full-grain leather, top-grain leather, and genuine cowhide to create a structured ranger-style belt. The material selection balances strength, surface character, and durability across components.

Two surface options are available: a textured shrink-grain finish and a smooth minimalist finish.

Modeled

Reinforced Ranger Structure

Front and back ¾" (19 mm) billets are stitched onto a 1⅜" (35 mm) main strap, creating a layered ranger-style construction with added structure and stability. Stitched edges and multi-layer edge finishing enhance durability while helping prevent cracking, maintaining a clean and refined appearance over time.

Sizing in 30 seconds

Get your size right the first time.

Belts are measured from the fold at the buckle to the center hole — not end-to-end. The fastest way to nail it:

  1. 1 Grab a belt you wear comfortably today.
  2. 2 Measure from the fold (where the buckle meets the leather) to the hole you use most.
  3. 3 That measurement, in inches, is your size. Round odd numbers to the nearest even.

Ranger Core is defined by its distinctive silhouette and structured form. The design draws attention through proportion rather than decoration, using a tapered profile that gives the strap a clear, intentional shape at a glance.

The ranger construction adds natural stiffness to the strap, allowing it to hold its line and maintain a crisp outline when worn. This structure creates a sense of presence at the waist, keeping the belt visually composed instead of collapsing or losing definition through movement.

Ranger Core is chosen by those who value design that feels considered and confident. The appeal lies not in softness or flexibility, but in the way the belt maintains its form — a strap that looks deliberate, feels supportive, and carries its shape with consistency throughout daily wear.

Five things worth knowing before you build.

The narrower strap section that holds the buckle and tongue. On Ranger Core, the 3/4″ billets are stitched onto a wider 1⅜″ main strap — giving the western look with extra reinforcement at the connection.
No. The billets are stitched (not just glued), with multi-layer hand-dyed edges protecting the seam. Built to take years of regular wear.
Smooth is minimalist and clean; shrink-grain has a textured surface that adds depth and ages with character. Both use the same full-grain core material.
Yes — the layered build adds rigidity that handles holster weight or knife/multitool sheaths without bowing.
The 1⅜″ main strap fits standard western and most casual jeans loops. The 3/4″ billet section threads through any 3/4″ buckle assembly.
