Uncompromising by Nature

Built to outlast the job.

5.5–5.8 mm of single-piece full-grain. Heavy, rigid, unstoppable — and finished by hand in Anaheim.

Heavy-Duty One-Piece Full-Grain Leather

Ironhide is cut from a single piece of full-grain cowhide measuring approximately 5.5–5.8 mm thick. The density and thickness provide substantial strength and long-term resilience.

Reinforced Heavy Construction

Stitched edges enhance structural strength while refining the outer profile. Multi-layer edge dye finishing protects the perimeter from cracking and wear. The heavy-duty construction resists stretching and maintains rigidity under prolonged use.

Sizing in 30 seconds

Get your size right the first time.

Belts are measured from the fold at the buckle to the center hole — not end-to-end. The fastest way to nail it:

  1. 1 Grab a belt you wear comfortably today.
  2. 2 Measure from the fold (where the buckle meets the leather) to the hole you use most.
  3. 3 That measurement, in inches, is your size. Round odd numbers to the nearest even.

Ironhide One is designed for those who find reassurance in weight and substance. Cut from exceptionally thick, full-grain cowhide, the strap delivers a dense, grounded hand feel that immediately conveys stability and presence. The construction is deliberately simple, allowing the leather’s mass to provide structure without added complexity.

The thickness of the hide creates a firm yet comfortable response, one that settles securely against the body rather than flexing or shifting excessively. This solidity is not about excess, but about consistency — a belt that feels dependable each time it is worn.

Ironhide One is suited for wearers who appreciate a solid, substantial feel and the quiet confidence that comes with it. The weight offers a sense of assurance, while the straightforward construction ensures the belt retains its form and comfort through prolonged, regular use.

      Frequently asked

Five things worth knowing before you build.

It's heavier than a dress belt — by design. After 2–4 weeks of regular wear it softens to your body without losing structure. Most owners say it becomes their favorite.
Comfortable from day one with some stiffness. Settled in by the 3-week mark for most wearers.
Yes. The 5.5–5.8 mm single-piece full-grain has the rigidity for tool weight, EDC, or as backup support during lifts.
No meaningful stretch. Heavy single-piece full-grain holds its shape — the leather may relax 1/8″ over months of constant wear, well within the adjustment range.
