Returns & Exchanges Policy

If you are not happy with your order, please Do Not Hesitate to contact us as we are gladly to accept any returns or exchanges.
Orders may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. Late returns will not be processed.

Certain items are not eligible for returns or exchange, such as customized items, hand-cuts, personalized belts, or belts straps, etc.

  • Returned product(s) must be in its original condition.
  • Include a copy of the original packing slip with your reason for the return.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  • Our customers are responsible for covering the return shipping postage. We recommend to insure your return as we are not responsible for lost or misdirected packages.
  • Send your item(s) back using our return address above with a carrier of your choice.
  • Late returns will not be processed.
  • Ensure to keep a copy of your return tracking number in case of validation.

** If requested a return for refund, the credit will be issued in the original method of payment. Refunds may take from 2 to 5 business days after submitted. 

**  If requested a return for exchange, the returned item(s) is only exchangeable for the same style. 

** Limit of one exchange per order! **

We understand sometimes it is hard to tell without really trying it on; therefore, Beltmaster.com is willing to cover the shipping charge for the one-time-exchange-only back to you.

If you're looking to exchange for a different belt, you must place a new order and we'll have it shipped out within 1 to 2 business days. The returned item will be refunded instead.
