General FAQ's


Q: Do you have a storefront?
A: Unfortunately, we do not have a storefront. We are an online shopping site only.


Q: Do you have or give catalogue?
A: We do not have a catalogue to show or give. All our products are uploaded at Beltmaster.com


Q: What are your hours?
A: Our online store is open 24/7 but our customer service is from 8:30am - 5:00pm PST Mondays-Friday. Our customer service is off during major holidays.


Q: How does your belt measured?
A: We measure our belt from the fold where the buckle is to the center hole at the tip of the belt. You can check out on how to measure a belt in here: How to measure a belt


Q: What is the best size for me?
A: In order to get your correct size, measure a belt that currently works for you from the fold where the buckle is to the hole where you wear the belt. If the measurement is in odd number, then get the higher number in even. (ie. Measured 33", you need to get 34")



Shipping and Returns


Q: Do you charge shipping cost?
A: If the order is less than $50 then we charge a standard $6 in Continental U.S.A.


Q: Do you ship outside USA?
A: Yes, international shipping charges applies.


Q: What if I purchased the incorrect size, can I return/exchange it?
A: Yes, you have 30 days for exchange/return.


Q: Do I have to pay shipping for return/exchange it?
A: For return, if we have made a mistake on your order, we will provide a return label for you. Otherwise, it will be the customer's responsibility to pay the shipping going back to us.
For exchange, if nothing was wrong with the order, customer will have to cover the shipping to us and we will cover the way back to the customer. 


Q: How will I be refunded for my return?
A: You will be refunded on the original form of payment made when you purchased the belt.
